Please forward this call to any relevant non govermental youth organisations and networks, formal and informal youth groups, youth councils and youth leaders within your network in the regions of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kosovo[1][1], Georgia and the Russian Federation (specifically young people from the region bordering Georgia), Israel and the Palestinian Authority. read more »


CNTM is seeking for an expert on regional youth policy

National Youth Council of Moldova with the support of Ministry of Youth and Sport from Republic of Moldova and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation implement during the November 2011 – September 2012 the project “Strengthening cooperation in the field of youth policy in the Black Sea region”.   The project goal is to evaluate the situation of youth policy from 9 countries from Black Sea region and transfer of experience and expertise in youth policy between organizations and public institutions in the Black Sea region for development of regional partnerships. As a result of project, it will be developed a strategic document regarding development of youth field in the Black Sea region. read more »


Erasmus for all: Investing in Europe’s education, training and youth

Erasmus for All is the new EU programme for education, training, youth and sport proposed by the European Commission on 23 November 2011. The proposal is now under discussion by the Council (27 Member States) and the European Parliament who will take the final decision.

Erasmus for All would bring together all the current EU and international schemes for education, training, youth and sport, replacing seven existing programmes with one. This will increase efficiency, make it easier to apply for grants, as well as reducing duplication and fragmentation. It is due to start in 2014. read more »


The 2012 Programme Guide for Youth in Action program is now available!

This new version of the Programme Guide will be valid as of the 1st of January 2012 and will replace the current one. The Programme Guide is a tool for anybody who would like to participate in the Youth in Action Programme. It includes the necessary information about the priorities, actions and main features of the Programme as well as the criteria and conditions on how to participate. The document is available in English for the moment but the other linguistic versions will follow!  read more »


9 states will develop the youth policy cooperation in Black Sea Region

National Youth Council and public institution from 9 Black Sea countries (Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, România, Bulgaria and Turkey) will create a common vision on youth policy development in Black Sea Region.

This project aims to evaluate the youth policy sector from this region and exchange of experience between the youth organization and public institution for increasing the regional cooperation. Involving the public institution responsible for youth policy, youth organization and young people will create a national, regional and European decision making platform. read more »
